File Format

File format must be either PNG or PDF.

Artwork Size & Ratio

Artwork must be sized to the banner size required or an equivalent ratio (e.g., 2:1). This is to limit any resizing of your banner, which could lead to stretching and pixelation.

Resolution

The ideal resolution of the artwork will be greater than 150dpi, but a lower resolution may be acceptable. We will double-check this for you before it goes to print.

Purchasing Multiple Items in One Order

If you are supplying multiple files for an order, please email us with a breakdown. This needs to include your order number and a description of which files are for which product. Where necessary, please specify quantities.

1. What sizes are available for this curved exhibition stand?

We offer a range of sizes to suit your space and layout, starting from 2 metres wide up to 5 metres wide. All stands come with a standard height of 3 metres, providing a striking presence at any event.

2. Can you print on both sides of the stand?

This stand is single-sided only. The reverse side reveals the internal metal framework, which is designed for structural support and not intended for display.

3. Is the print included with the stand?

Yes! All stands come with full-colour printed graphics included in the price. Your artwork is printed on a high-quality material that sits over the frame for a smooth, professional finish.

4. How is the stand assembled?

5. Does it come with a carry case or counter?

Yes, this stand comes with a hard-shell carry case that doubles up as a branded counter at your event – perfect for literature, giveaways or laptops. Please make sure you check that as an option before checkout

If anything doesn’t align with your order, we will put the job on hold and contact you immediately to resolve the issue.

Step 2: Pre-Press Verification

Once your order passes the initial review, it moves to pre-press, where our team prepares it for production. This involves:

  • ✔ Converting your artwork into the correct format for printing
  • ✔ Assigning a unique tracking code to monitor progress
  • ✔ A final quality check to ensure no errors have been missed

If we detect any potential issues, we will contact you before printing to make the necessary adjustments.

Step 3: Printing & Tracking

Your design is then printed alongside similar jobs using the same material. Each order is given a unique identification code that allows us to track it throughout the factory. This code helps ensure that:

  • ✔ The finishing specifications match your order

Your product is then sent through our advanced print presses for production.

Step 4: Packing & Final Inspection

Once production is complete, your order moves to our packing department, where:
